* The sample loading volume is theoretically determined, based on a gel thickness of 5 mm and when the comb is 0.5 mm above the base of the tray.
Actual loading volumes may differ depending on gel thickness, distance of comb teeth from base of tray, loading skill and composition of loading buffer.
